Tips for Organizing a Successful Garage Sale

It is officially garage sale season! For the past month I have been organizing, cleaning and sorting through my house in an attempt to gather as much garage sale inventory as possible. Last Saturday was my big garage sale day and I made $150! Not a bad profit considering I only spent $15 on advertising. That included an ad in the local newspaper and the cost of poster board for roadside advertising.
